Automated Voice Interactive Service
AVIS is the Credit Union's Automated Voice Interactive Service. It is a free service to access your financial information anytime, night or day.
You can use AVIS:
- To check the balance on your savings and share accounts
- To check the interest rate on savings
- To find out the interest rate on loans and mortgages
- To calculate loan payment amount and repayment period
- To calculate loan balances
- To check the balance on a current loan
- To verify your deposit and withdrawal transactions
- To check the pledged amounts on your account
Accessing AVIS
Dial: 444-AVIS (444-2847)
Your account number and password are necessary for accessing your information.
Passwords and Account numbers are all numeric.Your password is your Date Of Birth.
Ex: if you were born on January 03, 1965 then *your password will be:650103 (NB: year/month/date)
Upon accessing your information for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
Passwords must be 6-8 digits.You MUST press the # after entering both your account number and password
